l license number 540 as Class A-1 by the Egyptian Tourism Ministry the Egyptian Travel Agent Association (ETAA) Agents managed by a team of multilingual professionals travel consultants and providing full services for group and individuals traveling to Egypt for leisure and business travel.

2) To secure your booking
To secure a booking the company initially requires notice from you of your booking request. The booking will only be secured once both you and the company have confirmed the travel arrangements and the company are satisfied that the correct deposit/payment has been received into the company bank account by wire transfer

3) Payment
The payment of required deposits or full payment of a reservation constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained here .

4) Deposit of payment
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday, Space will be secured upon receive a deposit of 20%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by bank transfer or you may send via Western Union should be received within 7 days after your booking.

5) Balance of Payment
Balance of the payment should be received 14 days from the date of travel Or pay cash upon arrival. If the reservation is made less than 07 days prior to departure, a deposit of 20% must be made at the time of booking.

6) Amendment
Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability and until your booking done.

7) Cancellation
Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. If a tour participant cancel his/her reservation is subject to 20% of the total amount as cancellation fees.

8) Claims and Complaints
If you have a complaint whilst in Egypt you must tell the company - Tour in Egypt - immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot.
